Imagine a restaurant but for art. That’s exactly what this day is!

Gather your friends, family, neighbours or anyone you fancy and join us for a fun morning at The Shed. You’ll be waited on by our wonderful team and provided with whatever crafts you would like off our ‘Art Menu’ along with refreshments from our ‘Cafe Menu’.

This is absolutely not just for children! We’ve got amazing activities for all ages from toddlers to adults!

It’s a minimum spend of £15 per person on the crafts which you pay as a deposit which will then come off your total on the day. For example, you book a table for 4 that will require a £60 deposit and if your activities on the day add up to £63 your deposit is taken off and you would be left with £3 to pay.

This is not a taught session but our team will be on hand to help with anything you need.

Discovering Your Watercolour Style

Discover the joy of watercolour in this relaxed sketchbook based course. Each week you will explore a new watercolour technique and create your own sketchbook page to document what you have learnt. Sessions include a teacher led demonstration so you can see each technique in action before giving it a try yourself.

You will need a watercolour sketchbook roughly A5 in size. You are welcome to bring your own or you can add one on with us for £9.

The aim of this course is to help you develop your own watercolour style and build real confidence with the medium. You will learn how to experiment in a nurturing and creative setting and feel comfortable continuing your practice at home. This course is suitable for all levels.

A fun, intermediate session of lino printing. You should know the basics of carving and printing and we’ll be using these to learn the ‘jigsaw’ lino technique, where different pieces are inked in different colours to build up a bright, playful final print.

This is the perfect workshop if you have done our beginners lino session before. It is relaxed, easy to follow and all about enjoying the process rather than getting things perfect. You will head home with a colourful printed piece you created yourself.
